Phygital warranty

The final warranty terms are pending legal review and are not yet published here. What follows is a plain-language summary of our intent, not the binding text.

A keepsake is a physical object, and physical objects can be lost. If a stone, coin, or framed piece is lost or damaged, we will replace it. The Remembrance it opens is never at risk, because the keepsake is only ever a key, not the Remembrance itself.

The Remembrance survives independently of the keepsake, on permanent decentralised storage. A new keepsake, once issued, opens the same Remembrance it always did.
